What a day!!

How is your day going?  I woke up early to water my twenty odd potted plants, my azaleas and other assorted plants.  Then there was the lovely visit to the dentist, but it turned out well.  I drove home with a list of things to do only for Michelle (my darling daughter) to spot a screw in my front tire.  Off to have it repaired - only to be told twenty minutes later that it couldn't be repaired because of the placement of the screw.  And no, the tire was not in stock and would have to be ordered.  The smiling young man told me it could be two to four days.  I just stared at him a moment.

I had a salon appointment in 1 hour.  Wednesday (tomorrow) I'm scheduled to take my mother to two medical appointments, and possibly lunch afterwards. Friday and Saturday are birthday events for my mother.  Rent a car?  No.  Because I'm going to borrow Michelle's car.  Mother privileges.

But hey, I'm still having a great day.  We're going to grill burgers in a bit.  So, life is still good.
