Deleted scenes on a cutting room floor: Introduction to Zachary "Rolling Deep" Wilder - The Hottest Record producer in LA.

His handsome face expressionless, Zachary "Rolling Deep" Wilder, the hottest record producer in LA, sat at the equipment board in the recording studio and listened to the track of Deep, Down and Dirty unreleased single. The massive entourage of the Grammy winning, Rap recording artist, stood or sat around the room waiting for Rolling Deep to say something. Even Deep, Down and Dirty had his 18k yellow gold and diamond encrusted GoldVish cell phone off.

A soft knock on the door had two massive body guards moving in that direction. One opened the door to admit Rolling Deep's personal assistant for his Rap artists. Undisturbed by the frowns of the men, she crossed the room wearing a Alexander McQueen Cap-Sleeve Dress with Sergio Rossi Crystal Cage Booties. She waited for the last, pulsating beat of the song, and for Rolling Deep to acknowledge her. A second later he spun away from the equipment board. Deep, Down and Dirty leaned forward, his platinum necklace with DDD in diamonds brushed against his black Valentino shirt.

"Yes, Trish?" Rolling deep said.

" E.T.T.R aka. Everything To The Right is on line one. Tommy Gunn sent his signed contact back. The president of Musik Records is holding on line 2. Your driver is waiting to take you to your luncheon date with Scarlet."

"Thanks," Rolling Deep said. "Please tell them I'll call them back."

"Yes, sir." Quietly she left the room.

Zach faced Deep, Down and Dirty. "It needs work."

His face set, Deep, Down and Dirty came to his feet. His entourage closed around him.

Undisturbed, Rolling Deep folded his arms and leaned back against the board behind him. "Your decision."

"Whatever you say, R.D." Deep, Down and Dirty, a gleaming smile on his face, stuck out his hand. Platinum and diamonds rings glittered on every finger.. "You the man."

Zach accepted the hand. "Monday. Nine sharp and leave them outside the studio."

"Like I said, whatever you say."

As the men piled out, Rolling Deep pulled his Blackberry from his pocket and called his driver. "Toby, I'm on my way out." Disconnected the call he walked from the room. Life was good.

IT HAD TO BE YOU - April 27, 2010 - Book # 4 Grayson Friends Series

From New York Times bestselling author Francis Ray comes a dazzling new novel of the Grayson family and their friends—a duo destined to make beautiful music together…

IT HAD TO BE HER

Most musicians would do anything to work with the hot, young record producer known as “Rolling Deep.” R.D. can pick and choose any artist he wants—and he wants Laurel Raineau. A classical violinist, Laurel plays soaring music that touches R.D. to his very soul. But the last thing Laurel wants is to work with someone whose exploits with the ladies appear in the tabloids every week.

IT HAD TO BE…WHO?

Not one to take no for an answer, R.D. keeps trying—and failing—to let Laurel know that he’s not the player he’s made out to be. So he introduces himself to her by his real name, Zachary Wilder, hoping to win her over. But it’s Zach who falls under this beauty’s spell. Now it’s only a matter of time before Laurel learns who the man she’s losing her heart to really is—but can she walk away from a passion that feels so right?
